WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 

All orders are handcrafted and made to order so please allow for 2-3 week turnaround time which does not include shipping time. Shipping time depends on location. All parcels are shipped by USPS and due to COVID-19 some delays may be expected.

 

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS  FOR MY LAZY SUSAN?

 

Each lazy Susan is stained, hand painted and sealed. To keep your lazy Susan looking beautiful only clean with a soft  moist wash cloth and avoid scrubbing and heavy cleaners.

 

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL OTHER WOOD SIGNS?

 

Same as lazy Susan.  If wood  has applied vinyl, take special care not to peel the vinyl with rough handling . When storing, wrap with gift tissue paper to keep the longevity of the vinyl and wood.

 

CAN I DO A LOCAL PICK UP?

 

Yes absolutely! Please make sure to choose local pick up option at checkout and email me for address along with your order information @ mailto:artsybyhanane@gmail.com

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

 

Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If we have already started on your order, the shipping label has been purchased, or it has already been mailed, we cannot cancel your order.

 

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience but we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

WHAT IF IT SAYS MY ORDER “IS DELIVERED” BUT IT’S NOT HERE?

 

Sorry for that inconvenience! If possible, we recommend you check around the delivery location (think: porch, garage, side or back door), inquire with neighbors, and check security cameras.

Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. In most cases, packages are still being processed in the postal system and will show up within a few days and almost always within a week. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the carrier marking your order as delivered, please contact your local postal carrier first. Your postal office/worker should be able to assist you in locating the package. If you believe your order was stolen, you need to file a report with your local police.

 

If these steps have been made with no resolution, please contact us with your order details for assistance.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

 

You must contact us via email within 72 hours of retrieval. Send  photos of the pieces along with the packaging immediatly . We will assess the damage and try our best to remedy the situation. You may be asked to return the item to your local post office for an insurance claim.

 

CAN YOU REPAIR MY SIGN?

 

Minor repairs are free but you are responsible for shipping costs to and from repair location. Please send us an email with photo and we will be glad to help.
